Worst hotel during this trip among 5-6 hotels. No hot water, ac or heat doesn’t work. No soap. No shampoo although I am bald. Comforter has blood stains. In the shower water doesn’t drain. Phone doesn’t work and if you have to ask something you have to use lift which seems not very safe. Don’t stay here unless you have no other choice.

I've read the bad reviews and I wonder what people expected for accommodation this cheap in this location. Yeah it's noisy, but if you're like me and wear yourself out sightseeing and can sleep through anything who cares.

I had excellent attentive service from the staff, who couldn't do enough for me. Special mention to Walid for making me so welcome and being so helpful. I'd stay there again.

The rooms were clean and tidy cleaning is good and the serive was with a smile

Hot Water in the bathroom is not avilabe between 8 and 10 am as it is busy and there is a shortfall
Breakfast was like a dessert table all sweets,cake, chocolate , and soup coffee and tea but no savoury how are you spooused eat sweet in the morning. There is omlet avialbe if you ask them
No bar or drinks avilable at other times of the day no dinner or lunch .only breakfast
Overall it was ok for the price which was cheap enough

Nice place in the center of Casablanca. Nice rooms, friendly staff, lovely lobby to relax.
In the room you can find ants, what is not nice when you have your bags and ants are walking around. Also, the windows are not good and close correctly, so you can hear all noise from the street in the night.
Breakfast is ok, but when you have lady who prepare pancakes is better to have these pancakes fresh and hot, not cold, because they are waiting from 5 minutes...

Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The filth of Casablanca is mirrored in this hotel’s own standards. The room was dirty, the electrics unsafe, lights flickering, and switches working only at random.

Noise is relentless. The hotel sits on a busy street with single-glazed windows full of gaps, so sleep is impossible. The elevator feels like a death trap, bouncing and jerking as if it could collapse at any moment.

To make things worse, they refused to let my partner stay with me in a double bed because the room was “for one person only,” even though booking a second room cost $7 less than the first. The manager himself admitted the rule was crazy but still refused to resolve it. That sums up their attitude perfectly—no sense of hospitality, no interest in guests, just petty rules and indifference.

The staff were rude and dismissive, even interrupting my partner and me mid-conversation in the cafeteria. Every aspect of this place screams neglect and incompetence.

It’s cheap for a reason—your safety, comfort, and sanity aren’t included.
