I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this center.
We originally had a confirmed booking at another center. While we were still in our car, the valet approached us, asked if we were patients, and after we gave the booking name, he confirmed it and guided us inside this center.
At reception, we clearly stated that we had a booking for two people at 5:00 PM. The receptionist ignored this information, gave us forms to fill out, and made it seem like these were just formalities before our session. At no point were we informed that a paid consultation was required.
We were then taken to a room where a staff member explained the laser procedure and pre-/post-care instructions. Naturally, we assumed this was part of our scheduled session. Only afterward were we told that this was merely a consultation, that we needed to book another appointment for the actual session, and that we had to pay for the consultation.
When I asked why this wasn’t explained from the beginning, the response was: “I thought you knew.” As a new client, it is not my responsibility to know how the center operates it is the staff’s responsibility to explain everything clearly.
Even more surprising, although my friend and I attended the same consultation, we were charged 600 MAD for two consultations. We paid this amount for a service we did not request, were not informed about in advance, and that ultimately wasted our time.
This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, transparency,
