I’m writing to share my recent experience at your café, which unfortunately was quite disappointing. I ordered a chia pudding , described on your menu as containing almond milk, coconut cream, mango, and almonds , along with a café latte.
After waiting for over 30 minutes, I received a latte with no foam and a chia pudding that clearly did not match the menu description. It appeared to be made with regular milk instead of almond milk, and the mango was frozen, with no sign of coconut cream or almonds.
When I politely raised this with the waiter, I was told “it comes like that” and was asked to pay for both items, even though I did not eat the pudding or drink the coffee. I even offered to pay for the latte despite not drinking it, but this was refused.
I left feeling very disappointed , not just because of the food and delay, but because of how the situation was handled. I hope management can review this experience and take steps to ensure better communication, quality control, and customer service moving forward
