Tamuda Spa

Very disappointing experience. I went to this salon to have my brand-new extensions trimmed, and they were cut far too short and uneven. The extensions were worth around €800 and were completely ruined. I have proof of the work that was done and it is so terrible that I cant even describe it. Unfortunately, the salon was not willing to offer any proper compensation or solution. They only gave me one bundle of synthetic hair, which does not come close to making up for the damage. I would strongly advise others not to get their extensions cut here. Very poor service and absolutely not worth the risk.

I visited Tamuda Spa three times because I liked the location, the prices, and especially the hairdresser. I decided to come every Friday for a 30-minute massage, which costs 150 MAD and suits me perfectly. During each visit, the massage therapist tried to persuade me to book a 45- or 60-minute massage. I always politely declined because I specifically wanted the 30-minute session. Today, after the massage, I went to pay and was told the price was 200 MAD (initially they even mentioned 230 MAD). When I asked why, the receptionist said the massage therapist had performed a “strong massage.” I never requested a different type of massage, and no one informed me before the session that the price would be higher. In my opinion, changing the price after the service has been provided is unacceptable. I paid 200 MAD to avoid an argument, but this was my last visit. If the price of a service changes, customers should always be informed before the treatment begins.

Good service. Nice ladies. I chose the royal hamam with massage. They really take their time. Allah y 3tik saha Souria chokran bezaf. Oumaima also helped me to get my hair blowdried immediately.

Above my expectation First is the positive energy and the vide that the place offered the ladies were all wearing a beautiful welcoming smile I left happy with everything My nails were done by Halima and Honey both professional and did exactly what want and to be clear even better than what I want Thank you And so proud to have such SPA in Morocco I highly recommend them
