Sillage Palace Sky & Spa

A truly unacceptable experience. A week ago, we booked an appointment for four people, and we arrived excited and expecting a high-quality Moroccan hammam. Instead, we were met with a shocking level of unprofessionalism. They crammed three of us into a tiny room that was barely suitable for one person. The women responsible for the scrubbing were completely unskilled, taking turns in a disorganized and careless way. The surface we were lying on was so unbearably hot that I couldn’t tolerate it and had to stop the scrubbing altogether. I ended up completing the bath on my own, which defeats the purpose of visiting a hammam in the first place. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing and unworthy experience that does not reflect the standards of a reputable Moroccan hammam. I strongly urge the management to seriously reconsider the quality of the services they are offering.
