Excellent coffee, but I especially loved the pastries! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully made. A wonderful discovery; I'll gladly return.

For breakfast, the options offered are far too limited considering the price. Everything is served in extremely small quantities compared to other cafes: the teapot is tiny, the eggs are tiny, and the so-called crudités are served with a gelatinous sauce. The utensils and napkins arrive loose (no plates, no holders, etc.). The location is pleasant enough, but the rest leaves much to be desired.

Shocking and unacceptable! I witnessed a scene where the manager insulted a young woman (may God forgive her) in a public place. This is inadmissible. I am very disappointed by this behavior.

A very bad experience. This café-pastry shop was in complete disarray, especially on the eve of Eid when one would expect a minimum of organization. But the worst part was the staff's behavior: disrespectful, unacceptable manner of speaking, and a complete lack of consideration for customers. Being overwhelmed doesn't excuse everything. Respect is fundamental. Avoid this place if you're looking for decent service.

As a customer, I'm saddened to see this place in this state. A café-pastry shop should be a place of calm and respect, but the atmosphere here is difficult. The manager, the waiters and saleswomen are lax, and the staff isn't properly supervised. During Ramadan, it's important to be patient and kind, not aggressive. If this continues, this place risks losing its customers and perhaps even closing. I hope to see a change, especially in the management and the behavior of all the staff.

This bakery and pastry shop, located in Ryad Square, offers quality products, although more expensive than the market average. It's still a reliable choice, though the savory options could perhaps be improved. The table service is adequate, and I recommend it.
