Wonderful and incredibly kind hosts. Incredible atmosphere. Delicious food. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

A very, very good riad; the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is excellent. The only downside was that our shower was clogged.

This is my second time here, and both times we were robbed for different reasons. The exchange rate is off... absolutely avoid this place.

Intricate Moroccan design interior house, with essential needs. And that's just about it. The man at the front desk isn't friendly at all. Doesn't accommodate guest needs. Show you faces when you ask for something. Even when breakfast should be served at 8.30am, he is still sleeping at the lounge until almost time. Not recommended

Initially when I arrive, he was warm and there are plenty of rooms. There wasn’t a single guests but me. Also it is a hotel/riad and not a hostel. I try to stay in good places or so I thought. When he started telling me that I have to pay extra than what’s stated on bookingdotcom that’s when I refused and that’s when he started getting angry and shouting at me. I didn’t hit him or anything nor was I acting like a Karen as some of you have said. I don’t ever take videos of people, this was because I want proof that I was there and for his treatment to me. I don’t even take selfies. For the kind comments, thank you. I don’t use Reddit and was quite surprised with the responses. I’m happy I could share my experience here though negative. Also I’m not a loud tourist and I try to be a good representative of my country especially when I travel, this was my only negative experience in Morocco. I still love my experience their overall except this. I had no internet connection and couldn’t call Bookingdotcom myself. I have travelled to multiple countries -40 and this was a new experience. I should’ve left when I realized he lied about my booking/double booking, he didn’t want me to stay there and it’s evident. I was worried about what I paid and my worry came to reality when he mentioned via booking messaging that I was a “no show”. Maybe I should have just paid to avoid conflicts like this (next time) I have learned from this experience for sure. I didn’t want to try to act like a victim. I’m sorry if I was being so emotional in my comments. But I’ve always been truthful.

Bare bottom rooms but authentic Moroccan Riad with beautiful common spaces and amazing location in the old medina.
