Never going to this place again. Zéro stars!!! We went there yesterday for a lunch and arrived just before 2 PM without a reservation. At the door we were welcomed and when asking about timing they said we could just enter. My friends meat was medium rare in stead of à point as requested. She gave the feedback and received zero response. Why do servants think this should be ignored? A paying customer asks you to give a feedback to the chef. She’s not even asking to take the food back and you’re thinking let’s hit the ignore button. Let’s hope it passes… Food was ok but not excellent. We were asked if we wanted dessert but since we just ate and did not finish our mocktails yet we déclined. We received the check immediately and were asked to leave because it was 3.01 PM and the end of the lunch service. Why are you accepting us and even proposing dessert if you’re so set on time? Hospitality and communication wise this place has a lot to learn. Please put adequate personnel and don’t be rude to paying customers. I never was pushed out of a place like this. We understand you have a certain timing on lunch and that kitchens close but you can communicate about it. When I enter a place I expect to be able to finish my meal in peace. You’re joint was empty. 10 waiters were standing doing nothing but when given feedback about the served food, not a single réaction. Please learn about customer experience because for me this was a big fail. You charge 100 dhm for a mocktail but you expect me to not finish it???

Because we didn't have a reservation we could only get drinks as we did not have time to spare but the food looked very nice. Of course it is not the actual place though it was nice to be there.

Was by myself and not the most upscale dressed son was cautious to go in….. so glad I did. I sat at the bar and order an amazing dessert and adult beverage. Live music started shortly after I sat down and was a perfect ending to one night in Casablanca.
