The riad is well located for exploring the Meknes medina. The rooms are clean, spacious, and air-conditioned. The service was outstanding, with a special mention for Nourredine, who was very welcoming, warm, and attentive!

I would never ever classify this hotel as 4 star. The only good things was the beds were comfortable. There was not hot water, no one to help with our bags, ants in the room and a faucet that couldn’t flow water into the sink. The staff was talking to each other from the middle of the riad up to the rooms. There are not windows in the rooms, only shutters which don’t keep out any noise. We laid down for a nap at 16:30 and couldn’t sleep because they were so loud! Finally, I had go out of my room to ask them to please quiet down because they weren’t answering the main phone.

Beautiful place near old medina. Very kind and helpful staff. 'Swimming pool' on the roof is very small, more like a bath, but nice for refreshing. Breakfast is delicious!

We spent a night as a family at this riad. Layla was very welcoming, both on the phone when we made the reservation and upon our arrival. We had booked a family dinner, which was served on time and was truly delicious. But imagine our surprise when we saw the beds: the sheets were filthy, covered in hair, and hadn't been changed in ages! The pillows were in a terrible state. At 10:30 pm, we complained, and they brought us fresh sheets, which lessened our frustration, but there were no spare pillows available. So we slept without them! It's such a shame!

A magnificent riad with beautiful rooms. The location is ideal (in the medina but very quiet) and the building is truly lovely. We really enjoyed the rooftop (with its small pool and tables) and loved the excellent breakfast. However, I wouldn't necessarily recommend the Riad Yacout restaurant. While the food is good, the prices are excessive for the small portions. Despite this, I loved my stay at this riad. In short, it's a wonderful place to stay in Meknes!

Excellent location, but much needs revising. Aside from the courtesy of the girls who greeted us with tea upon our arrival, the rooms were tiny, and the plumbing system blew monstrously every 30 seconds (until, exasperated, I woke the staff at 2:00 AM, and they finally turned off some kind of device). The air conditioning was poor and noisy. Special mention goes to the exceptionally friendly and welcoming nature of the gentleman (tall, thin, graying, and wearing glasses) who assisted us at dinner; to say he was unfriendly would be an understatement. Among other thoughtful touches, he even forced us to order dessert, which we had decided not to order, claiming it had already been prepared. A quarter of an hour later, we received a sliced orange with a spoonful of cream on top: a recipe that requires hours of preparation! Unfortunately, it's impossible to give less than one star...

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for visiting almost all the historical sites of central Meknes on foot. The riad is well-maintained, quiet, and easily accessible by car. Be aware that they only accept cash payments, so bring cash with you. The parking attendants across the street are annoying. The rooms are all different, so the experience can vary depending on the room you booked or were given. If possible, it's better to have lunch or dinner elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the food doesn't quite live up to the standards of good Moroccan cuisine. However, the breakfast is decent. A good address, especially for its strategic location for sightseeing.

Terrible welcome, terrible location, the worst of a 10-day visit to Morocco, after being in Marrakech, Essaouira, Casablanca, Rabat, and Chefchaouen. What a shame! We were put in a windowless room with unregulated air conditioning, so it was always turned on full blast toward the bed! We had booked a suite. The sheets were clearly unchangeable from previous guests (wrinkles and loose hairs), but they changed them without question; they had obviously tried. Constant noise from the laundry room until 11 PM. A group of French people were left partying until 5 AM on the rooftop pool. Dinner in the Riad was mandatory, ordering at 2 PM when we arrived, and then we left. Non-existent WiFi, cash only. Unlike everywhere else, no one helps with our bags, and the owner didn't even open the door for us. Terrible experience, horrible sleepless night. I hope they remove it from the standard itineraries. Zero stars.
