Terrible experience here. I understand it’s an old building and all, but it’s not suitable for hosting people. First of all, the rooms are hot, and you have to ask the receptionist to turn on the AC for you in order for you to have it. I find that ridiculous in all honesty. Not to mention that the AC is not strong and you will still feel hot. Also, our room smelled like sewage and had mosquitos in it which is not ideal. The breakfast situation was not good either. They serve you what they want, and you don’t have any options. Also, they do not tell you that the minibar is not free. They will literally check upon your checkout to see if you took anything and then hunt you down to charge you which is wild to me. Some of the staff are very friendly, and the location is fine, but that’s as good as it gets. Stay away and spend your money and time elsewhere.

Quality space

Really awful experience. Upon check-in reception tried imposing an extra charge per night without explanation and the manager refused to speak to me (even over the phone) when I requested an explanation. Completely unprofessional.

Pretty good

Terrible rooms, do not believe what is on the photos. Hammam is offered, but it doesn't exist. Patio is really big even you come to it through narrow passage, but architect made a lot of mistakes: room with no windows, unexpected, but they have 2 beds in 1 double room but separated on 2 different floors. We canceled rooms, money was returned, but day after when we left Rabat - credit card were charged again! 2 boys on reception were OK, they said they were sorry, but owner is making trap for guests, so be careful...
