Nice, easy to find location right outside of the Medina. Staff were kind and helpful. They got us a great guide pretty last minute on our first day and packed us a little to go breakfast for our early checkout. The room was clean and beautifully tiled.

Thank you to Rajae and her team at this absolutely delightful riad. We stayed for one night with our three kids and loved the space and layout of our room. Everyone slept so comfortably! The room provides a hair dryer and shampoo as well as plenty of towels. I was also able to use the hammam located inside the riad and it was very nice. Everyone was super helpful and the place is absolutely beautiful! Another major benefit is the location, it’s on the outside of the souk so you can access it very conveniently!

Excellent place, with a great location where taxis can reach the entrance, which means you don't have to walk around with your luggage inside the Medina (a big plus). It's a 5-minute walk or less to the blue entrance of the Medina. Ideal if you're doing the Guru Walk free tour, because it's located 200 meters from where the tour starts (at the post). The welcome we received was spectacular, with tea and information about the Medina (they speak English and Spanish). The Riad is beautiful inside, and the room we had was full of thoughtful touches. It was clean, with a TV, air conditioning, a good shower, and the sheets and duvet were incredibly soft—key to a good night's sleep. The breakfast was complete. As a nice touch, since our flight was early and we checked out at 4 am, they gave us breakfast to take with us on aluminum trays. A really thoughtful gesture! I would definitely recommend it 100%. I highly recommend going for dinner one night at Riad Al Makan (which is 50 meters away, it's the same owners) highly recommended!!

We had a fantastic few days in Fez. The Riad is beautiful. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was exceptional. The location is perfect for visiting the medina. Hassan welcomed us at 2:00 AM with pastries and tea on the rooftop terrace. He helped us with everything we needed, and we had a great laugh with him—he's a real character. You can go on a whim; he'll organize everything for you: guides, tours, etc. (highly recommended). On our last day, we left very early, and they prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Overall, the whole team was fantastic. We will definitely be back. 100% recommended.
