Riad Al Bahi

It is one of the best places I have ever visited. There was calm, reassurance and psychological comfort from the first step, and I will not forget to talk about the staff there and the way they work is very wonderful. More brilliance and we will meet again soon.

i was there only in the restaurant for dinner, the food was super tasty and delicious, the place is so beautiful and relaxing. i would definitley come back also for the hotel next time! the staff was aswell very friendly and respectful.

The place is absolutely beautiful however the staff is not polite, i went with my friends and they kept giving us some dirty looks we didn’t feel welcomed at all. Just because we’re not foreigners!!!

We arrived late in the afternoon for lunch. Friends had recommended this riad. We were shown to a table. The waiter didn't warn us that the service would be slow, as they were preparing the dishes. If he had suggested we order something other than the vegetable tagine to speed up the service, things would have gone much more smoothly. The meat tagine had been ready for a long time, but they were waiting to finish preparing the vegetable tagine before serving everything. We canceled the vegetable tagine, and one of us didn't get anything. The staff were hiding in the kitchen, so we had trouble getting all the information we wanted. One of them was hiding at the entrance of the riad, looking at his phone. In my opinion, the place is poorly run. When there are customers, they should keep an eye on them to ensure proper service.

The food is awful. The piña colada was undrinkable. The milk pastilla was also terrible, and the cream was awful. I've never seen a pastilla with hot cream in my life. The service was terrible too; we asked for a fork and knife, and the waiter gave us a knife without a napkin or anything (it was like they were in their own homes). The hot chocolate was also very bad. If you're going there, it's only for photos with friends. The food is simply catastrophic. Disappointed. You replied that taking photos is forbidden, which isn't mentioned in any instructions or anything. Besides, everyone posts photos everywhere. The place is cozy, yes, but that doesn't include everything mentioned above, as evidenced by the fact that we didn't finish our snack. It's normal to take photos, at the very least, since we couldn't enjoy our snack. I'd also like to add that I already mentioned the hot drinks on the spot, and it wasn't taken seriously, with a rather cold response saying that it was just a matter of time. All of this aside, it doesn't justify the gentleman bringing us a knife in his hand without any napkins or anything at all... You need to accept criticism in order to improve...

I visited this riad today to eat or drink, and unfortunately, I was disappointed by the service. While we were taking photos with our camera, we were told we couldn't continue. However, I noticed that another tourist, who hadn't ordered anything, was able to take photos without any restrictions. This inconsistency in customer treatment was truly disappointing. The place itself is lovely, but this experience has tarnished my impression. I hope the management will handle these situations better in the future.

The team was fantastic, very friendly, and very understanding of our requests. The most surprising thing is that the restaurant isn't well-known, but it's absolutely wonderful. The hotel is clean, modern, very comfortable, and centrally located. I would return a thousand times. Contrary to some other reviews, we saw several local guests who came for afternoon tea, loved the place, and were very happy with the service.
