Restaurant Darna Rooftop Fes

The sunset was nice, the decor was pretty, the music was excellent and unique. I was hoping for much more from the food , but it was pretty standard Moroccan fare, nothing unique and the blended drinks were so-so. The ginger tea was excellent. The service was uninspired.

Restaurant Darna Rooftop Fes (Derb Serraj, street) Very nice rooftop and ambience. Good food and variety, not only Moroccan. The staff very nice, the rooftop is lovely. We spent not more than 130 dh x p. It's 1 minute away form British Saloon Disco pub (which, btw, great place with music)

The economic racism and the social discrimination I experienced as a Moroccan here were absolutely shocking. During the Africa Cup, I called ahead to ask if I should make a reservation to watch the match, and they said it wasn’t necessary. So we walked in, and a group of tourists left, so we sat at their table. Suddenly, an unpleasant staff member, a certain Hergawi, approached us. When we asked if the match would be shown (the match was at 8:00 PM and we arrived around 6:45 PM), he said the table was “reserved.” When we questioned how it could be reserved if a group of tourists had just left, he replied, without shame and with a hostile look, « Wash ghatb9aw galsin li hna hta lmatch? » meaning « Are you planning to sit here all the way until the match?”!!!!!!!!! He also added that if a certain group of tourists came and couldn’t find a place, we would have to leave!!!!!!!!! How can a Moroccan treat another Moroccan with such contempt, combining social and economic discrimination, all to cater to tourists and maximize profit??! This is a blatant display of classist favoritism, dehumanizing behavior, and sheer moral bankruptcy. Absolutely terrible. I chose to leave peacefully, but I will never return to this ethically reprehensible establishment.

Probably one of the worst restaurants we visited, overcooked vegetables, dirty dishes, high prices, flavorless hamburger, not seasoned couscous. We were the only ones in there, now we understand why. Would not recommend.

While passing by we liked the view so we gave it a try. We were positively surprised and enjoyed the food a lot, a soup, kefta tajine, and a fajita. The staff is friendly, we can certainly recommend the place.

Had an amazing evening at Darna Rooftop! I went there for dinner with my friends, and the whole experience was fantastic. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, with a great view that made the night even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. They made sure we were comfortable and took great care of us. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend this place for a great dining experience with friends. Definitely a five-star spot, and I can’t wait to come back! ★★★★★
