Restaurant Borj AlArab

Excellent restaurant

The food was very good. The service was slow due to the large number of guests, and there were a few mistakes because there were only a few people serving customers; one person couldn't handle everything at once, and you had to repeat your request several times before they could bring it.

Very good, good food, clean rooms

We got free breakfast for having a room at the hotel

Disappointing experience. We ordered five hamburgers which arrived after an hour's wait, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The kitchen management is very slow and disorganized. The only positive point was the server, who was friendly and helpful. I advise against eating here, at least until the service improves.
