Very disappointed with this pharmacy. I bought bandages and antiseptics that I ultimately didn't use. I returned less than 24 hours after the purchase, with the products in perfect condition, but they refused to give me a refund and only offered me a credit note for the bandages, valid for a future purchase. The most surprising thing is that this credit note was handwritten on the front of a sheet of paper that had already been used, without any official documentation. In the end, to avoid having to go back to this pharmacy, I was forced to buy medications I didn't need simply to use this credit note. I find this way of doing things really unprofessional and unprofessional. A very disappointing experience; I won't be going back.

Unfortunately, they are poorly educated, speak to you in a haughty tone, almost attack you, for simple questions about the availability of a medication. This has happened to us three times, so these are not isolated incidents; it's a real lack of professionalism.
