The hairdresser, Hicham, is very good and does his work really well. However, the other staff members behave arrogantly, as if they were paying for everything out of their own pockets.

Worst service ever the stuff behaving so weird like that paying for you the service so disrespectful place I’ve been going more than 13 years I will never go there ever the stuff Looking so angry all the time, not smile on their face.

Important alert ⚠️ Despite the numerous negative reviews I found about them on social media, and under pressure from the hairdresser who desperately wanted to make a sale, I gave in and paid 1200 dirhams for a so-called protein treatment. Result: my hair was burned by the product. Three days later, I went back to show them what was left of my hair and asked for a refund. The manager refused, claiming it was due to the owner's brother. This hair salon chain should be banned from Rabat. Perfect Beauty, you must change your name because you are a disgrace to real professional hairdressers.

Absolutely terrible, all 3 of Hassan's salons are terrible, with no sense of professionalism whatsoever.

got my hair done which was lovely, would be a five stars if it wasn’t for the nail artist. i don’t know why but she was really angry. made my nail crooked twice and when i asked her to fix them got very defensive saying “it’s not my fault it’s your nail” when i never said it was her fault and have got my nails done plenty of times without this problem. then when fixing she ripped off my actual name and said nothing. was very rude, very angry and i felt very uncomfortable. the nails are also already falling off after two days. jewels she put on fell off after a day. so her skill is not nearly enough to warrant her attitude. she spoke poorly of other customers as well while doing my nails. very embarrassing to overhear. if it wasn’t for her i would happily be a regular but i won’t be returning, very unpleasant experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Catastrophic! I politely asked someone else to do my blow-dry because last time the esthetician fried my hair, and it turned into a huge drama. The esthetician was yelling, "I don't care if she doesn't want me to do her hair!" right in front of me. She didn't even wait for me to leave; I just got up and left (I'll spare you the details). Is that the right attitude to have in front of a client? A serious lack of professionalism! I absolutely do not recommend this hair salon!

A HORRIBLE experience!!! A terrible esthetician who doesn't know how to do her job (waxing). She caused burns; I practically ran out. I couldn't even stand to finish the service (my legs were only half waxed). I asked her repeatedly not to apply the wax multiple times to the same area, but it seemed like she couldn't care less. The worst service I've ever had. I left with tears in my eyes and a burned thigh because of an incompetent person who has absolutely no idea what she's doing. Run away!!!!
