Pâtisserie Les Jumeaux - Florida Casablanca

Very expensive for fairly average bakery items. The staff member who served me was rude and impatient, did not give me enough time to choose, and seemed unwilling or unable to answer basic questions about the products. The viennoiseries were good, but the prices were far too high for the overall quality and service.

A very bad experience. I waited for almost 10 minutes without anyone attending to me. When another customer arrived after me, the saleswoman wanted to serve him first. Fortunately, this customer was honest and pointed out that I had arrived before him. Despite this, the saleswoman simply replied, "I didn't see you." I explained that I had told her I was waiting, but she showed no consideration whatsoever and offered no apology. Faced with this lack of professionalism and respect for customers, I decided to leave without buying anything. A better welcome, a minimum of organization, and a little courtesy would be greatly appreciated.

One of the best pastry shops in Casablanca. Excellent quality fresh pastries, impeccable cleanliness, fast service, and a warm welcome. A must-visit for those with a sweet tooth.
