Pastry Sesame

I've been coming to this pastry shop for years; I love their Moroccan pastries, which are of excellent quality! A reliable place!

Very good quality, I recommend it.

The pastries are excellent and reasonably priced; the quality is evident. The place is nice and pleasant, designed for takeout, with only a small high counter and stools for eating in. It's located on a street with many restaurants. The only downside is that the staff isn't always focused and sometimes chats amongst themselves, making it difficult to serve customers promptly. They speak Arabic and French; only one spoke English.

Today, I went to Le Sésame bakery to buy baguettes. I only had a 100 DH note. Just before me, a customer paid in cash, and several other transactions took place, but I was simply told they didn't have change. So I was forced to leave my purchases and go home without bread. Beyond this situation, it was the service that disappointed me most: no friendliness, no smile, no effort to find a solution. I felt that customer service wasn't a priority. It was a very disappointing experience that doesn't make me want to return or recommend this bakery. A good product isn't enough: the quality of service is just as important.

Products and taste very average compared to the size of the establishment in Agadir.

Nice an fresh pastry and cakes and biscuits. Some looked really nice and some looked a bit plain.

I was very disappointed by the saleswomen's attitude. After a purchase of 600 DH, we asked for several bags since the items were intended as gifts. Our request was refused without explanation, and all the items were placed in a single bag. The lack of consideration and professionalism is regrettable. Better customer service would be appreciated.
