Came for a vacation and wanted to get my hair colored and cut and I was recommended this salon. Had a lovely service and the color was beautiful. Highly recommend this salon. Thank you

A huge disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was icy. We were greeted by the manager and several employees, and we felt like we were intruding. No smiles, very little politeness, a curt and sometimes condescending tone. The way we were spoken to was truly inappropriate and makes us absolutely not want to return. For a salon that presents itself as high-end, the customer service is far from adequate. Regardless of the quality of the services, a minimum of respect and kindness towards clients should be a given. The prices are also far too high for the experience offered. You pay premium rates, but the service is anything but. There are many salons that offer much better service, with pleasant staff and more reasonable prices. The only positive point is that the salon is modern, clean, and very attractive. Unfortunately, this does not compensate for the lack of professionalism and the attitude of the staff. As for me, I won't be going back and I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid it if you're looking for a warm and respectful welcome.

Amazing hammam! My sisters and I had the Jawhara treatment, and the service was incredible! For modest women, they are very accommodating and respectful of our needs and desires. The blow-dry is included with the hammam! My sisters, me, and my mother were all extremely satisfied! I highly recommend Nuance Spa ❤️

Had an amazing hammam day with my 2 friends. The ladies were lovely! One of the best hammam experiences. We also did our hair. Complimentary drinks (tea, coffee, water etc) would definitely recommend this salon:)
