MEGA FOOD

By far the worst food I’ve ever tried, It had no taste, the quality was terrible, and the whole meal was disgusting. I couldn’t even finish it I would never recommend this place.

SHAMEFUL. DISGUSTING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I ordered 3 tacos to go, called ahead, and clearly stated that I would be picking them up myself. So, no excuses like delivery or transport were possible. The result? 3 completely burnt tacos, black, charred, inedible. They weren't "undercooked," they were burnt to a crisp. Honestly, even DOGS couldn't eat that. And let me be clear: this is NOT the first time this has happened. So, they saw the state of the tacos, wrapped them up, and still had the nerve to give them to me like that. It's a total disregard for the customer and an absolute disgrace for a snack bar. And the service... don't even get me started, because the guy who's supposed to answer the phone almost never does!!! And when he answers, he interrupts, doesn't let the customer finish their order, then hangs up on them, all just to get rid of people and reduce his workload. Zero respect, zero professionalism. This so-called snack bar is a joke, a rip-off. Catastrophic food, contemptuous service, no professionalism whatsoever. Avoid this place if you value your money and your stomach.
