Marjane Hay Riad Pharmacy

Extremely disappointing service. I waited until 3:15 PM to buy my prescription medication. During this time, the woman working at the pharmacy was chatting with the Wafacash agent next door. When I told her I'd been waiting for a while, she replied, "Even though I'm here, you have to wait until 3:30 PM," in an unacceptable tone and with absolutely no consideration for the customer. A minimum of respect, professionalism, and attentiveness to patients is essential in a pharmacy. I am very disappointed by this experience. You deserve 0 stars.

The pharmacist was incompetent and spoke very rudely to a customer who clearly explained that she was from Canada and urgently needed a substitute medication until she could return home because the medications aren't the same in both countries! Right next door in Square Hay Riad, there's a pharmacy where they were fantastic; I didn't even have to explain anything from noon to 2 PM, and the man even told me that it's a medication that doesn't require a prescription at all, let alone try to find a substitute with the Canadian prescription!

The pharmacy staff are unqualified, unfriendly, and discourteous. The interior layout is inadequate; the glass partition, installed during the COVID era, makes the place feel cramped and hinders communication. In short, I only go there occasionally when absolutely necessary; otherwise, there are better pharmacies nearby.
