I'm honestly surprised to see so many positive reviews 😅 I can hardly believe it 🤣 Here's an honest, unfiltered review. I came in for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, without removing my cuticles—just like I always do. It's really not a complicated request. They started with my hands: the result was domed, uneven, and clearly poorly done. My toenails were even more disappointing: no real nail cleaning whatsoever. If there was any dust or lint from socks, they simply applied the product on top. In terms of finishing and care, there was absolutely no effort. Perhaps they're more comfortable with artificial nails, but for a simple BIAB on natural nails, the result doesn't look professional. What also bothered me was the hygiene. They criticized other salons on this point, but seeing used false eyelashes everywhere, along with mugs cluttering the space, is frankly baffling. When you talk about hygiene in other places, you should also be impeccable at home. For me, the experience is a 0/10. I sincerely hope this feedback will push them to improve cleanliness, customer service, and above all, the quality of their services.
