Incredible service here! Firstly, the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming & communicated that unfortunately we could not have our couple’s massage due to a staff member having to leave, however they were willing to accommodate us when we asked to have 1 go after the other but to shorten our time to 30 minutes each as we were meeting family after so couldn’t wait for 55 minutes & then another 55. The masseuse, Kosar, was friendly and spoke enough English for me to not struggle with a language barrier which I massively appreciate. She was gentle yet firm & I definitely felt relaxed throughout the massage & after. If we ever visit Casablanca again, we know exactly where to come for our massages. Thanks so much!

First time in my life I get a massage therapist that handle me with one hand and the other hand is on WhatsApp! During the massage she left to handle "issues" then got back without any explanations. The other point is the massage was booked for 60 minutes but u fortunately took around 35 minutes. My therapist was Ms. Huda, who I thank for the minimal efforts. The point is: if you want a professional massage, this is not the place. I always appreciate the sincere google reviews, here's one.

Great experience! It was our first time to a traditional hammam.

The first time we came here for a hammam and massage combo, a lot was left to be desired, unfortunately. However, we gave it another chance as we live super nearby, and were pleasantly surprised by the increase in quality. We got a 1 hour massage and I truly loved every second of it! They really took on all our feedback from our previous visit, from providing towels as blankets, to even having a longer playlist of music, to offering us a shower after, etc. We also seemed to get much better massueses this time around - so shout out to Hiba and Nasima, they were highly professional and really knew what they were doing. I can speak more to Hiba - who combined gentle stokes with more targeted pressure, and used some more Chinese/Thai techniques like stretches and pressing on acupoints. It felt amazing and afterwards my legs in particular felt noticeably more relaxed! In all, a huge difference to when we first visited, so really glad to update our review. My recommendation - if you book with these massueses specifically, you'll be in good hands.

Managed to get a swift booking after enquiring only one hour prior. I was met with great hospitality. Offered some amazing Moroccan tea to drink whilst I waited. I had a lovely back massage from Hayat. I immediately noticed a huge difference in my back pain after the session and felt the tension released. Hayat was extremely hospitable and made me feel super welcome. Thank you all. The only thing I would mention would be to have an extra towel within the session to cover up as the room was on the colder side. Apart from that I had a great session.
