first impression is the place is very cool and unoque, the vibe is excellent if you want to relax and have a nice conversation with a friend or a date, I met a friend there it was perfect, except the lemon juice, both me and my friend didn't like it.

It’s a hot summer day and there are 2 empty tables inside but the employees kept refusing to put up the work and make space for us. Very bad service despite the nice caked and coffee provided

A very bad experience with Lilli Gourmet. I ordered a strawberry cake by phone and then received a confirmation on WhatsApp. I was asked to come in person to pay a deposit in order to place the order. I drove 25 km specifically to get there, and once I arrived, I was simply told that they didn't have any strawberries after all. No professionalism, no organization, no respect for the customer's time or travel. The least they could have done was check availability before confirming the order and making people travel unnecessarily. I'm very disappointed with their professionalism and customer service. I do not recommend them.
