Liberty Gym

May God suffice me, and He is the best disposer of affairs. I went to the empty hammam this morning, and I was alone. They stole 500 dirhams from me. May they spend it on their health, and I will not forgive whoever took it from them.

To be fair, the gym is good, it’s always clean and the equipment is good overall. However, the behavior of the admin staff is the worst. They act like the gym belongs to them, especially Chaimaa and another woman who wears a scarf. They are the worst and don’t know how to deal with customers. I don’t understand why Liberty hires such unprofessional staff while investing so much in their equipment. I’d suggest that, just as you invest in marketing, you also invest in your people and perhaps provide training. Otherwise, you will lose many customers.
