Honestly, I'm very angry and, above all, very disappointed. I've always been a loyal customer and have always left your salon satisfied. But this time, it's a disaster. When I left the salon, everything seemed fine. It was only after washing my hair the next day that I realized the cut had absolutely no shape. As for the color, several gray hairs are still visible. For a service like this, it's truly unacceptable. But the worst part is your attitude. I sent you a voice message on WhatsApp to show you and explain the problem, and you didn't even bother to reply. This lack of respect is even more disappointing than the result. I really didn't expect this from you. You were one of the best salons in Marrakech in my opinion, but with such a result and, above all, such a lack of consideration for your clients, it's truly a shame.

I've been to this salon before, which is usually very welcoming, but my experience this time was disappointing. A new receptionist (with a bun) clearly treated clients differently. She offered one client a coffee, while I, sitting right next to her, received nothing, even though I don't drink coffee. This lack of fairness is unacceptable and doesn't reflect the salon's image. It's very regrettable for an establishment I've appreciated until now, especially since the other employees are very kind.

I have been a client of yours for three years and had an appointment with Ashraf four days ago. Upon arriving at the salon, it was closed, without any prior notice. I tried to contact you by phone but received no answer, and Ashraf finally informed me that his day off had been changed without my being notified. I wish to express my dissatisfaction with this lack of organization and communication. As I am only here for a short stay, I plan my schedule meticulously. I also spent 40 minutes traveling there, not counting the return trip, for nothing. I find this situation unprofessional and regrettable, especially after several years of loyalty.
