Worse still, citizens are deprived of many services, and to make matters worse, some neighborhoods within the city suffer from a complete absence of electricity, water, and road connections. As for the elected officials, their sole concern is serving their own interests, nothing more. The downtrodden citizens of this city are left to God's mercy. The city needs a royal visit to assess the dysfunctions and shortcomings and address them.
