KACHKECH ROOFTOP

This is a place you must visit! It is hard to find a hidden gem. Also the streets around it are very beautiful and calm compared with the rest of the medina. First of all we came back several times during our stay in Marrakech. We ate at a lot of places but this one was the best! 1. The food looks gorgeous and the variation in taste is amazing. 2. The staff is so friendly, kind and pleasant. Where at other places it feels like quantity work this place feels like quality. 3. The atmosphere is really chilled and the slow. Amazing to escape from the hectic streets.

5/6, during our trip with “Gate 1 Travel” in Morocco, we accidentally found this nice restaurant in Marrakech. We can’t recommend Kachke Rooftop Oasis enough! When we were wandering the narrow alleys of Marrakech, a lovely young girl stopped us with such enthusiasm and warmth, guiding us to this hidden gem. Without her effort, we would have never discovered it! Inside, the atmosphere was so romantic and beautiful—far beyond what you’d imagine from the outside. Every detail was perfect, and we left with full hearts. Thank you again to that amazing girl for making this experience possible!

Wow! This is an absolute hidden gem of a restaurant. It is on the top floor of a riad, tucked well away down an alley in the Medina. And like others have mentioned here, it isn't well sign posted. However... well worth the search. The food is outstanding! The best we've had in Marrakech. A simple, but top quality, menu at an inexpensive price, with friendly and attentive staff. So good, we are going back in a couple of days. Don't miss it!!

Really delicious food and a lovely experience with live music. The restaurant was quite difficult to find, perhaps signage could be improved a little as we walked past the building initially, but once we were inside it was a great experience. An elevated option for authentic Moroccan cuisine. It is noted that there is not as good of a view from this rooftop as compared to some others nearby.

Beautiful! Sat under the stars and enjoyed delicious meal. Chef very informative and clearly has a passion for food. All staff welcoming and friendly. Good for meat eaters and vegetarians. Alcohol free.
