It was a first and last time!!! After a warm welcome, the initial excitement quickly faded; the service was not up to the price! The hot plates for the treatments were scalding hot and had to be cooled down with cold water for ages! Then I had to wait for the jacuzzi water to heat up 😕 and finally, when I thought I could relax a little, the receptionist wasn't so happy to see me anymore. She politely led me to the changing room; my time was up! She even took it upon herself to remove my personal belongings from the locker, even though there were about ten empty ones, claiming she didn't have time to get a key!!! And I have serious doubts about the hygiene of the bathrobes and towels provided. In short, I won't be going back. Oh, I almost forgot, while looking for the restrooms in my loungewear, and especially without my scarf, I saw a man at the end of the corridor. He was there fixing an electrical problem. It's outrageous! He could have done that during the men's restroom time 😡
