Rif Hotel

Oh dear, run away! I booked a room at this hotel on Booking.com, paid for it, and said cancellation was impossible after 6 PM. I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 PM, and the receptionist told me I had to cancel my reservation and pay the hotel directly. I showed him that it was impossible to cancel on the app and that I would lose the money I had paid. He laughed and explained, "Too bad, that's how it is. I have to pay a second time and then contact Booking.com for a refund," knowing that he himself couldn't get in touch with Booking.com. He told me that's how they work with Booking.com, and that if I didn't want to pay, I should just leave, despite my five-hour drive and the fact that I had already paid. So I said, "I'm going to pay for the room twice?" He replied with a big smile, "Yes." A lawyer friend intervened, and after several negotiations, they finally agreed to give us the room. Unfortunately, it's a rip-off; they're taking advantage of tourists because they know we have nowhere else to go. It's a disgrace. They offered us a basket of fruit as an apology... and the next day, someone from Booking.com apologized, but only because I knew someone. If I hadn't, I would have slept in my car with my diabetic mother, who has heart problems and lung issues. We still had to fight for three and a half hours... Run away! The rooms are dirty, the toilets leak, the sheets are stained, and the refrigerators don't work. The clientele at this hotel isn't great... alcohol, cigarettes, music, very noisy... Run away!

Hotel is ok, restaurant is nice and well arranged, but the food is local and you have like that taste to feel comfortable.

Good price, try the basement!

A hotel in the city center. The staff and management are very attentive and friendly to their guests. The food is particularly delicious and you can experience the beauty of Moroccan cuisine here. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Poor value for money, the room furnishings are old, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the staff are unwelcoming except for the receptionist, the TV doesn't work, and there's too much noise. In general, it's not recommended to stay here.

It's good and very quiet, you can have breakfast in your room and it has a very clean pool in the center, always open.

I feel very comfortable here, everything is perfect, and I don't mind paying more as long as I'm in a quiet, welcoming, and well-attended environment. P.S.: I bought a beautiful piece of jewelry as a gift!

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Many things need improvement, and I wouldn't recommend it for people who are unwell or seeking peace and quiet. The noise from drunk people having a lively dinner, and then the nightclub takes over immediately afterwards, is unbearable.
