What people mention
Simple and clean hotel close to the taxi and bus station. The owner Said speaks great French, is well connected and patiently helped us to orchestrate out trips. The staff makes a great effort to ensure a pleasant stay and the pool is exactly what you need for a chill morning. In short, the perfect base in Ouarzazate.
The best thing about the hotel is Omar, the owner and guide, who is incredibly helpful, providing all the information you need. We spent our first night of the trip here, and Omar gave us countless suggestions for things to do and see. The hotel itself is average. Decent value for money. Breakfast is complete.

This is not the location of the hotel, it is in town
A budget hotel A small, reasonably priced hotel where you can spend the night when you're tired from driving and want to continue your journey. The location is strategic, the rooms are clean and fairly well-equipped (shower, toilet, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). However, the hotel entrance is a little neglected; I think the owners should consider this. I am extremely grateful to the staff, who were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Safe travels!
The staff was very friendly, which is why I give them four out of five. The pool is no longer working! Warning ⚠️ The facilities are quite old. The rooms are clean, but everything is rather dated, and some parts are worn (e.g., the door to our bathroom was broken). There's a fridge and a TV in the room. Otherwise, everything was cleaned well every day. There's space to sunbathe in the courtyard. A few lounge chairs would be welcome. Breakfast is served individually at the table. A pleasant experience. Here are some of the murals on the walls.
The place is cheap but pretty shabby; I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand its Booking.com rating. Only one of the staff members speaks English, so you either need to know some French or you're pretty lost. The room is extremely basic, and the bathroom needs maintenance; for example, the shower head was practically falling off—water was leaking everywhere except where it should be. Breakfast isn't bad for the price, but it's the same thing every day.
