Beautiful place

I only had one night booked, but it was really nice. The rooms have a special authentic charm, they are big, clean, there is air conditioning. I had a view over the medina and was really nice and quite. The service was nice and there are parking lots in front of the hotel.

The hotel was excellent in terms of quality and price. Very close to the sea and the Kasbah. This hotel offers everything you need for an excellent stay in Rabat. The breakfast was moderately good. The staff were friendly. Rooms were super nicely decorated but had problems with hot water.

The reception is very mean, my girlfriend and I went into the toilet, did not see him when we came out, and then he chased us out to ask us to say thank you, but also there to educate us, the attitude is particularly bad. We got permission from the other staff before we went in, and he was right there and he didn't say anything. Having stayed in star hotels in several Moroccan cities, this is the worst quality of service staff I have ever encountered.We are advising tourists to avoid living in this hotel.

I did not spend the night at the hotel,my review is just about my experience by phone with the hotel. The customer service of the hotel sucks really. I got answered by a person who did not identify the name of the hotel. I thought that I was calling a wrong phone number. When I started asking about information, hes answers were like : "we dont care just close the phone". Really sucks.

Best hotel and best emplacement, I will return. Thanks for all the team

The hotel's location is ideal, just steps from the Kasbah des Oudayas and the Medina. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the breakfast is typically Moroccan and very generous. The rooms are furnished in Moroccan style, yet feature modern touches and include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The stay was pleasant, and the hotel offers laundry service for a very reasonable fee. A highlight is the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of Rabat. In conclusion, I'd say the quality/price ratio is excellent.
