Hotel Chams

Overpriced. To be honest i expected more. The heating system was switch off. As for cleaning it was mediocre and the towels oh boy they were worn out. The only thing good about this hotel is the location other than that not recommended!

All the people here are so nice, and this hotel offers all of the commodities of an American one- my favorite was the pool.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. I have a small suggestion, if you don't mind... Please pay close attention to the cleanliness of the sheets. They should be changed daily. I rented two rooms, but unfortunately, we found hair under the sheet used for the bedspread, and we also found a cockroach in the other room. Therefore, we decided to leave the next day. Many thanks and appreciation to all the hotel staff.
