30 minutes just to take the order, and another 30 minutes to actually get the food. And on top of that, the food was terrible. Absolutely unbelievable waste of time.

Average. Service very slow. One person to serve all customers which takes a long time to get served.

Greate place.. Choco crepe wonderful

(May 4, 2026) We, as a group of ~6 members, roamed around the Medina for shopping and we went to this restaurant for dinner. I had the Vegetable Tagine (Tajine Legumes) for 60 Dirhams. It was served in a metallic tagine vessel with a conical lid that was so hot that I hurt myself trying to open it with my bare hands. Well cooked vegetables that were so hot and delicious; it was somewhere in the middle of boiled, steamed, and slightly fried profiles. Oddly, there were so many green olives in the dish, I left some behind.

I wasn’t expecting much. I thought it was a tourist trap, but the food was great. It took some time to be noticed by the waiter, although it was not packed. I had a delicious Tajine Viande Hachée avec Oeufs and the price was ok.

We stopped here to have some tea and the experience was nice. We sat outside and it was relaxing just sipping away and watching people walk by. Good service too

Went from a good place to very bad with our last experience. We had been several times for Breakfast here and the staff were friendly / food was good. 4 stars. Our kids wanted pizza and fries and insisted on Cafe Central so we came here, ordered pizza and two fries to take away. The fries arrived after 20-30 mins. Half an hour later, no sign of the pizza. Yes it was busy but still, had to go and re order it. No apologies and then when it finally arrived over an hour after ordered, they insisted we pay for the stone cold fries. No compromise, compensation or apology. We had been and tipped, we would have again, but after that I would say avoid and visit one of the cafes where they do care about customer service.

No Customer service unfortunately, we were seated for nearly 20 minutes before we managed to get somebody to come over And ask for a menu. In that time, two tables had arrived they had their order taken and delivered. We were three female travellers, so I’m not sure if that was the issue or what? When we did ask for a menu it took 10 minutes. Once we got our drinks, they were fine. Just a shame that such a nice cafe, for us had poor customer service.
