Disappointing visit due to dishwasher breakdown & using takeaway cups & cutlery

Came in as a honestly a last resort after failed birthday plans and couldn't have made a better choice. A girl working called Sam was so kind and completely turned my birthday disaster around. After a long day of everything that could possibly go wrong going wrong, Sam gave me a lovely post card with a lovely birthday message inside which honestly nearly brought me to tears. The world really needs more people like Sam and her kindness thankyou so much!

This is a beautiful place to stop for a coffee. Been in here a few times and the staff are kind and friendly. It’s a pleasure to have coffee in this beautiful cafe. Came in with a resident who loves to have a coffee at Gail’s. A very special Thank You to David. Thank you for the apron! You will know what I mean. David was very kind, helpful and understanding. Service with a smile.

Staff really friendly and polite. Pastries are really nice.

Overall some very delicious food and great drinks, a very nice treat, excellent fresh food
