Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca

Dinner at Mint in the Four Seasons - great service, nice choices, delicious selection. Had a Niçoise Salad, Red Fish entree and Fruits for dessert… all were excellent!

There check in time is 3 pm , i had a very long flight, i came in at 1:30 pm asked if they can check me in early , absolutely no way these are the rules. I felt it was my mistake I booked a stay in this hotel. I gave them 2 stars just because the guy at the door.

As would be expected with Four Seasons, this hotel is immaculately decorated and the service is the best you will find from any luxury hotel chain. Time and again, Four Seasons proves they have mastered the guest experience and can accommodate most any request you could conjure up. Given we were only staying a single night before traveling onward to Lisbon, we required a PCR test to travel and Four Seasons was happy to accommodate an in-room doctor to perform the testing for us (not to mention, results in less than 24 hours). We made use of the in-room dining services, Mint restaurant (twice; once for lunch and again for breakfast the following morning), and took in the ocean views with our toes in the sand of the beach. All the while, we were greeted by name, accommodated at every turn, and ate very well. Will definitely return to this Four Seasons if in Casablanca again.

Believe it or not, as I am writing this review I am still at the hotel (thank god it’s my last night). Where should I start ..... from the moment you walk into this place you feel unwelcomed. You see nothing but attitude on management faces. Room and Hallways: our room was not yet ready when we arrived, we had to wait 2 hours in the lobby. The room smelled terrible. The hallways have a strange scent to them. Food: you are limited as to where you can eat and what you can eat. As the restaurants close, you are only limit to one menu (and you have to eat in the lobby) Service: the waitress and waiters are nice. But they can’t do much to help you because of upper management. Up management runs this place as if it was middle school cafeteria. They say nothing but NO No No No No. everything you say, their answer is NO. Stay away. I for sure will not be staying at any Four Seasons anymore.

I was there to escort my brother for his stay with his bride after his wedding. As someone familiar with the Four Seasons brand and a multiple time customer, I was truly disappointed? The reception was very boring, no four season touch, no one was there to get our cars or take care of our luggage until we got inside and the reception experience was more for less impressive than a Marriott courtyard!! The Four Season by its name alone inspires a hotel stay experience and this was surely not it!!

Nothing special about the hotel! I booked the hotel thinking it will have its own private beach and nice view, but was given an underground room with no view. The positive side, the hotel has a very nice staff.👍 …

Worst Concierge service I ever received!!! First they had this room advertised as the room I booked (see first photo) and when I told them they didnt give me the room they advertised they didnt even apologize or offer to change me to the booked room and said it wasnt their fault even though expedia is a partner of them. Then I asked them to help me book a covid test and the woman scolded me saying it was last minute and didnt even offer to help me find alternatives. Horrible service will never return
