These cookies were terrible 😭 Hard as a rock and completely dry. Cookies are supposed to be soft, chewy, and slightly moist inside, not so hard they feel like a stone 💀 Honestly, it felt like I was eating a rock instead of a dessert. Very disappointing experience , and a staff used a very rude tone with me because i didn't have cash

The place looks elegant and classy, but unfortunately the reality is disappointing. There are no healthy dessert options, even though the place sells spices and natural products. At least simple options like dark chocolate desserts should be available. An issue happened with our dish and we had to change it, yet there was no apology from the staff, which shows a lack of professionalism. In addition, the girls handling the desserts were wearing gloves but their hair was not covered or properly tied, which is not hygienic. Appearance is not everything.Overall, a disappointing experience and I do not recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Cozy Spot with Great Service! I recently visited Fancy Gourmet and had a lovely experience. The place is very clean and well-kept, which immediately gave me a good impression. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming — perfect for a casual meal or even a quiet date night. The service was excellent! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The food was fine — nicely presented and flavorful, What I appreciated most was the calm, relaxing atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you can enjoy without feeling rushed, and everything from the decor to the background music added to the pleasant vibe. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a cozy spot with good food and even better service. I’ll be back for sure!

Fancy Gourmet ! Has my heart , since day one , The homemade sweets , especially , ( Dates Sweet ) are my top favorite ! Pastries are very rich in flavor , viennoiseries , especially with pistachios highly recommend , seating area outside is enjoyable for friends & families

Fancy Gourmet is a cozy spot with fancy desserts and pastries. The staff is really nice, and the place is super clean and elegant. It's just too small inside, with only a few tables. So, it gets crowded fast. Prices are a bit high, especially for pastries. They also serve drinks like coffee and fancy drinks. It would be better if they had more space inside.
