Excellent restaurant with an outstanding location in Casablanca. The staff were amazing—welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and exceptional hospitality in Casablanca.

UPDATE in response to the owner’s dishonest reply: Your claim that "90% of the dish was consumed" is a blatant fabrication. Your "internal review" is a fiction designed to save your rating. Here are the facts: The Reasonable Customer: I did not come here looking for a refund or a free meal. I was a loyal regular who simply asked the waiter if the dish was normally served this way. I even double-checked your menu to ensure I hadn't made a mistake. My goal was safety and quality, not "compensation." The Math of a Lie: We ordered a full, premium meal, including two main plates, two sides (Baba Ghanoush and Muhammara), and two cocktails. Each Beyti plate comes with 6 meat rolls, rice, and fries. My wife, who is pregnant, ate exactly 2 rolls and nothing else. She didn't touch the rice, the fries, or the appetizers. To claim 90% consumption when 4 out of 6 meat rolls and all side dishes were left on the table is gaslighting at its worst. The Evidence: My wife tried the 3rd roll but couldn't finish it due to the raw texture. I then opened the 4th roll to verify—it was completely raw ground beef (as seen in my video). The Ultimate Insult: When I pointed out the raw meat, Yassine acknowledged the issue. His first "solution" was to not charge for one single drink—despite us ordering two cocktails. After I requested the manager, he returned with the most insulting offer possible: a 3 MAD bottle of water. Serving raw minced meat to a pregnant woman is a serious medical hazard (Listeria/Toxoplasmosis). To treat a biohazard as an "inconvenience" worth a 3-dirham bottle of water shows a total lack of professional ethics. My videos show the truth; your response shows your lack of integrity. We will never return. ----- Original EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING – MAJOR FOOD SAFETY ISSUE I used to be a regular here and always enjoyed the food, but the quality and service have completely plummeted. It feels like they have changed the entire team, and the standards are gone. • The Food: I ordered the Beyti Kebap, which must be served well-done. What I received was completely raw meat in the middle (see photos). This isn't just a mistake; it’s a health hazard. • The Service: When I pointed this out, I was told someone would come "shortly." I sat there for 15 minutes staring at a raw plate before anyone finally showed up. • The Resolution: A staff member named Yassine finally came over and his first "solution" was to tell me I wouldn't have to pay for my drink... for serving me raw meat! After I requested the manager, Yassine came back and offered not to charge for the meal and gave me a bottle of water. It’s a shame to see a place I used to love turn into this. The lack of care for food safety and the dismissive attitude of the staff is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

This place not worth this price, first the table outside the terrace a bit dirty, the space is ok positive point, Speaking about the service is horrible those workers are not satisfied and not smiley and it’s a detail hahah ok food is average quality too much industrial cheese in a weak portion of meat price are so expensive compared to the quantity of the portion fries are low quantity too + one scammy show with the fire lighter of 5 seconds you will end up this visit by paying extra fees for it. My experience is bad + the bill is unexplainable.

I recently visited Etci Mehmet, and unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. It was just average, nothing that stood out or wowed me. On the bright side, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which definitely made the experience better. As for the atmosphere, it was a bit underwhelming. I think this was mostly because the restaurant was empty during our visit, so it lacked the lively energy you’d expect from a busy spot.

I see a lot of reviews saying they liked the fire show, but they forget to add that EVERY table gets a show, meaning you will wait at least an hour for your food if you’re lucky. Do we really need to see the same fire show 7/8 times? Just do 1/2 shows in the middle for ever to enjoy and give people their food. I won’t completely knock them for the well done steak even if I asked for the medium rare, which they fixed properly, but because of lack of service, added another 20 min wait. What I will knock them for is the lack of service, and the plate of an easy dish that came almost 30 min later than the rest. I did love the look of the place, and the staff was very friendly, but I feel they just lacked good direction/management. Quality of the meat wasn’t bad at all, but needs some attention, maybe less show? 😉
