If I could give 0 stars, I would have done so. I went here for a lash lift and had a very bad experience. During the treatment, the chemical products got into my eyes. As a result, I suffered from painful, irritated eyes and blurred vision for three days. Additionally, my lashes are completely damaged. They are burned, sticking out in all directions, and even my lower lashes are now curling upwards. This happened because a mistake was made during the treatment: the products were removed too early and then reapplied, without carefully combing my lashes back into shape. When I pointed out that my lashes were crooked and damaged, this was completely denied. Instead of taking responsibility, I was blamed. It was said that I had opened my eyes (which is not true) and that I had "too small lashes" (which they had not indicated earlier). I was also told that it would get better on its own once it was dry and I went outside. In reality, it only got worse. Because my eyelashes were getting worse and worse, I went back. From the moment I walked in, I was treated unkindly. Once again, no responsibility was taken, and the blame was placed on me again. The situation escalated into a shouting match. At one point, an employee named Douae wanted to hit me, and she had to be restrained by men. What I also found very concerning is that the argument with me lasted more than 30 minutes, while multiple timers went off during that time for customers who were also getting a lash lift at that moment. Instead of finishing those treatments on time, the argument with me was considered more important. I do not recommend anyone get a lash lift done here. My eyelashes are severely damaged, and the way my complaint was handled was at least as disappointing as the result of the treatment itself.

Terrible salon, their treatments are terrible, don't waste your money here
