A very disappointing experience. From the first contact, I felt that asking questions about the service and the price was frowned upon. Once at the salon, the person I had spoken to didn't actually complete the entire service, which surprised me. The straightening treatment didn't live up to my expectations. Within days, my hair wasn't as smooth as I had been told it would be. A few weeks, then a few months later, I noticed significant problems with my scalp: scabs, sensitivity, itching, and significant hair loss. I can't say for sure that this is related to the straightening treatment, but these problems appeared after the service, and I had never experienced anything like it before. Based on my personal experience, I will not return to this salon and I would not recommend it.

I want to thank Wassila, who did an excellent job. The blow-dry was done with the utmost care. Wassila is a charming and very skilled hairdresser. I highly recommend her and will definitely return. (The salon is located in a safe area for women.)

The welcome was very good, but it's a shame the staff aren't professional and always have to ask the owner's opinion. In the end, I ended up with something I didn't want. If you're thinking of going to the salon, I highly recommend asking the owner to do your hair.

Simo used to be good for hair extensions, but now it's a total rip-off. The results are disastrous; I don't recommend it to anyone wanting hair extensions. It's like throwing money away.
