Dr Sofia is very competent person, close to her patients and very supportive. And what is sure that you have results from the first session and guaranteed.

I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. I went for Botox and did the usual initial injection session and the 2weeks follow up after that - no change at all and not even a small improvement. I called the clinic and they told me to come in for consultation. Dr Sofia said that it might be the product and it was probably not stored or transported correctly, and she offered free touch up as a fix, but unfortunately I did not notice any improvements at all. I called the clinic for a follow up after two weeks and I offered to pay for a full treatment, but was told the doctor is not in the clinic , I kept texting and asking when would the doctor come in but no answer. I didn’t appreciate the neglecting, especially that I was clear that I am looking for treatment, not free touch ups. My conclusion was that they have bad products and they know it ( and I know it), this is why they are not responding to my request. I would recommend finding someone else who can confirm providing good products, transparent with their patients, and honest about their ability. Edit - response to the clinic: I texted you on WhatsApp (as usual) to identify myself and so you can remember which of your patients I am.
