The doctor was incompetent. I have one illness, and she prescribed medication for another.

A very bad experience, and unfortunately, there was absolutely no respect for the patient. The doctor rushed the consultation and didn't give the patient time to explain their condition. On top of that, she treated the medication the person was taking in a mocking way, making the patient feel like they didn't understand anything better than her. The clinic's equipment was very old and outdated. Furthermore, the prescription she gave me was counterproductive and caused side effects that worsened my condition instead of improving it. The service was neither fast nor professional, and I absolutely do not recommend it.

A very bad experience. The receptionist is extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to patients. Her attitude gives a very bad impression of the practice. It's a real shame, because Dr. Boutaina is kind and competent, but with such a reception, it's understandable why some patients decide not to return. The reception is the first impression of a practice, and here, it was unfortunately disastrous.
