DM Store has a good selection of products, and it’s usually easy to find what you need. Unfortunately, the customer service lets the experience down. The cashier, in particular, was quite rude and unfriendly, which left a negative impression. I hope they work on improving their customer service.

Nice, friendly employee

At self-checkout tills, you have to carefully check what's being charged! Someone else's item was still on my till before me. But the self-checkout tills don't seem to delete it if the purchase isn't completed... so it's added to the next person's total. Be careful!

It would be great if the abandoned bikes at the two bike racks in front of the store would finally be removed. The two bikes have been there for almost two years with flat tires, blocking valuable parking spaces. It also just looks messy to have completely worn-out bikes lying around. The staff don't seem to care much.
