A great boutique hotel with a delightful breakfast and comfy rooms. We stayed there two night while visiting Fes and thought it was an excellent place to relax after the somewhat chaotic journeys into the medina. They also have an easily accessible, guarded parking area. An exceptional feature for a hotel in adjacent to the center of the city.

Facilities look just amazing and fancy. The design is classy traditional Marrocan. Food was great and so was the waiter's service. No alcohol is served in this hotel. Although we stayed in August with around 37-40 degrees outside the rooms AC didn't work in most of our rooms and we had an electric fan. Same situation in the hotel's restaurant.

Such a lovely stay at Dar Lys while we were in Fes. Brilliantly located as you can be inside the Medina after only a few minutes walk, but you're also afforded some calm from the chaos! The rooms are exquisite, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I really could not fault this hotel. We were also lucky enough to sample the spa, with my partner commenting it was the best massage she's ever had! Thanks for everything.

I was captivated by the hotel's exquisite beauty and experienced truly exceptional service during my stay. However, I encountered two aspects that led me to assign a three-star rating. Firstly, regrettably, the absence of air conditioning on the initial night of my visit proved to be discomforting (on night 2 they changed my room). Secondly, my experience was marred by an issue concerning laundry services. Despite submitting a minimal amount of laundry, I was surprised to find an $85 charge on my bill, a sum that I find difficult to accept. Despite these setbacks, I acknowledge the establishment's charm and service quality.

Dar LYS is what you could call a modern Riad, it’s such a beautiful and calm place. It had a good location but it is kind of hard to find, with google maps you definitely can but the medina streets are so similar so it’s kind of confusing, you can ask the locals and they will definitely help. The service was so good and the dessert was both delicious and refreshing 🥰

The rooms in the hotel are worth on what you pay, the terrace with the pool is incredible… but the service in the restaurant is very bad, specially during breakfast, they told us that they open 7am we waited more than 40 minutes to someone to appear, nobody in the reception, when we checked out we mentioned this and they just told us to complain in google maps without apologizing

Very awkward situation when the host made comments about my job when leaving. He obviously looked my name up on the internet. Please give your guests some privacy!!! Even if the comments were kind, this is very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Looking the comments, it seems like I'm not the only one this happened to.

It’s my second time in this location and everything is amazing as always . Thank you all for your hard work and will come back again !!
