I was very disappointed by my experience at this establishment. We were surprised to find a minimum spend requirement imposed on us, which, according to the menu, was linked to a sporting event. However, at the time of our visit, no match was being broadcast, and there was no clear justification for this requirement. The way this was communicated gave us the impression that the rule was being applied arbitrarily. The most regrettable aspect was the manager's attitude. He spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner, making us feel as if we were being interrogated. We had simply chosen what we wanted, like any other customer. Unfortunately, the quality of the drinks also fell short of our expectations. They were very average and certainly not up to the standard one would expect from an establishment located in a 5-star hotel. Between the staff's lack of professionalism, the unpleasant welcome, and the disappointing service, this experience was a real letdown. I will not return and I find it a shame that an establishment of this standing offers such an experience to its customers.

A huge disappointment for a 5-star hotel. The atmosphere was completely lifeless: no musicians or even background music, except for the distant echo from the rooftop. Furthermore, the lighting was harsh and aggressive, giving me a migraine. I waited a long time for a staff member to come and express my discomfort, but no one ever came. Faced with this situation and this complete lack of service, I had no choice but to leave. This is in total contradiction with the expected standard of such an establishment. What a shame!
