The food, however, exceeded expectations and the service was good. The atmosphere and decoration are beautiful. Highly recommended if you like Moroccan food.

If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. Our visit to Le Coin Traditionnel was, from beginning to end, a disastrous experience and a complete lack of respect for the customer. The attractive storefront is nothing but a mirage to hide an establishment that is utterly unprofessional. An interminable wait and nonexistent service. Let's start with the service, if you can even call it that. We waited an hour and a half, watch in hand, before our food even arrived. An hour and a half of waiting without the slightest apology, without being offered so much as a little water, bread, or olives to tide us over. The waiters completely ignored us, walked right past us avoiding any eye contact, and seemed totally overwhelmed by three occupied tables. The organization was nonexistent. The rip-off on the plate: a tagine made of scraps. But the worst was yet to come with the food. When the famous "meat tagine" finally arrived after this unbearable wait, I thought it was a bad joke. The dish contained absolutely no meat. I was served a huge, completely empty bone, swimming in sickening chunks of fat. It's simply outrageous. Paying over 100 dirhams for dishes (as indicated on their menu) only to be served what looks like garbage leftovers meant for dogs is an insult. It's inedible, heavy, greasy, and completely tasteless. ❌ Adding to the disaster, the staff's attitude was unacceptable. When I politely pointed out to the waiter that my dish was full of fat and bones, he had the audacity to look at me with contempt. No apology, no replacement offered. He turned on his heel and ignored me for the rest of the evening. The cleanliness left much to be desired; our table was sticky when we arrived, and even the tissue box with their logo wasn't clean. The atmosphere was stifling; the room was noisy and poorly ventilated, which made our hour-and-a-half wait even more unpleasant and oppressive. The bill was exorbitant and unscrupulous. When it came time to pay at the counter, no one in charge came to ask about our meal. There was no gesture of goodwill for the ridiculously long wait. They take your money with glacial coldness.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We ordered a tagine containing eggs, and unfortunately, we found several pieces of eggshell in the dish. It was very unpleasant to eat and, above all, worrying regarding the care taken in the kitchen. The servers, on the other hand, were very friendly and professional, which deserves to be highlighted. The problem clearly doesn't lie with the service, but rather with the quality control and preparation of the dishes in the kitchen. I wouldn't say the food was "deadly," as that would be an exaggeration, but it seriously lacked attention to detail. We hope this feedback will be taken into account to prevent other customers from having the same bad experience.

Horrible service!! 55-minute wait for couscous on a Friday! The waitress was unfriendly and didn't smile. When I asked if it would take much longer, she said yes, it would! It's a shame, because the setting is lovely and the decor is nice. It's a family-friendly place, but the wait time was unacceptable, especially on a day when everyone orders couscous, and we ordered couscous too.

I do not advise anyone to go to this restaurant; the quality of the food is very questionable. Avoid this restaurant.

The prices are somewhat high, especially for appetizers like taktouka (40 dirhams) and harira (50 dirhams). They only offer glass water bottles (30 dirhams) instead of plastic ones to cater to all tastes regarding food quality. The food is good. The chicken with lemon is delicious, and the couscous is good but a bit cold. Unfortunately, we didn't find the vegetable and meat tagine on Friday. The atmosphere is wonderful, traditional, and quiet, and the service is good. The only downside is the wait, which exceeded 40 minutes, even though we arrived at the restaurant outside of peak hours. This annoyed many of us.

Music too loud, portions very small but okay, service was a disaster. The place was empty; there were five of us, and two people were forgotten. The ambiance is nice, but the music is far too loud.

A very luxurious restaurant at a very reasonable price, authentic dishes with a very refined taste, top-notch hospitality and welcome, and most importantly, the kitchen is remarkably clean and the staff are highly professional. I highly recommend it.
