My relatives and I wanted to make an appointment, so we went to the salon in person. We assumed that we would be welcomed warmly and treated with respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case with one of the ladies there. Her attitude towards us came across as arrogant and rude, and in my opinion, there was unfortunately no sense of good customer service. After making the appointments, we felt so uncomfortable about the experience that we decided to cancel them. When we called, someone else answered and tried to resolve the situation and convince us to still come. My relatives went to their scheduled appointments, but I personally decided not to. For me, respectful and friendly treatment is important, regardless of whether someone is young or old. I believe that every customer should be treated equally and with respect. Unfortunately, because of this experience, this is how I will remember this salon.

I don’t even think she deserves the one star I got my nails done 2 days ago just 2 DAYS AGO and one aready got of they were 600dh when they had in insta only 300dh they scam and they addd random charges worst ever salon full on scam

The girl removed my gel was hurting so much even when i told her and the nails she put in another appointment was litteraly the worst.even the staff wasnt nice to a lady who was there for her hair was my last time

Terrible experience – definitely not recommended! I had a regular dry pedicure here and paid an outrageous amount for what I got. The hygiene was absolutely awful — they used the same tools (nail clippers, drill, etc.) from one client to another without disinfecting them. They didn’t even shape or paint the nails properly; the quality was extremely poor. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and they treated clients badly. Even after explaining everything to the manager at the front desk, I left feeling even more disappointed. Neither I nor my friend will ever go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. To make things worse, they don’t even have a price list — they just make up prices and tell each person something different. It’s a complete scam. 0/10 – avoid at all costs.

I got a hair cut here and it was the worst! My hair is naturally long and I wanted to go shorter just under my shoulders and she gave me a bob haircut 😭 and what made it even worse is that it wasn’t even cut properly! My hair is so uneven. Please don’t go here for haircuts they aren’t professional hairdressers …
