A special mention goes to the intensive care unit, Dr. Barakat and Dr. Achkari, and all the nurses for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication, especially Manal, Mariam, Sanaa, and the entire team. Thank you also to the staff on the second floor for the quality of their support. Our sincere thanks also go to the Zeroual laboratory, particularly to Naïma, for her diligence, responsiveness, and professionalism. Finally, congratulations to the emergency department, which took care of our father quickly and efficiently from the moment he arrived. Thanks to all of you, we got through this ordeal with much greater peace of mind. Thank you so much.

I visited the clinique a few months and all I can say thay it was a great experience the service was great and in specific the nurse imane khamlichi her service was exceptional very polite and generous. Thank you so much for your service.

Excellent care in the emergency room; I would like to thank the doctor and nurses for their empathy and service.

I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. The treatment is terrible. The staff, especially some of the nurses (not all of them), are completely unfit for a clinic and have no connection to humanity. Furthermore, the treatment of patients is appalling. Is it reasonable that patients, especially the elderly, are physically incapable of even moving? They receive no basic care, not even when it comes to meals. It's as if they're feeding animals; whether they can eat or not is irrelevant. The important thing is to bring them the plate, whether they eat or not. The patient's fate is their own. The IV bags run out, and the blood keeps flowing back into the tube connected to the vein. They don't care. When you ask a nurse to do her job, she looks at you as if you're begging, with a look that can only be described as rude and unethical. I again do not recommend this clinic due to the deplorable and poor services. Some of the nurses belong in nightclubs. Humanitarian work is far removed from them. This is a testimony for which I stand by before God.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The doctors and nurses were incredibly rude. Whenever you asked for a doctor, they were either busy or not there. The patient's health and comfort were the last thing on their minds. There was no good treatment, no quality work. All they cared about was money, just like other clinics in Morocco.
