The Clinique has a very friendly staff, but unfortunately I would says they are Scammers, my daughter had only cold, and they told me they need to keep her under emergency for 1 week, blood analysis, they will take some water from her back💰…. After checking with an other doctor the solution was only Dolipran and she is feeling better

I am forwarding you my complaint email, which has remained unanswered to this day: Hello, I am writing again following my exchange with the Quality Manager of the clinic (who preferred to discuss things via WhatsApp before disappearing and not responding). I would like to express my deep disappointment with the treatment my 5-year-old son received during his operation on March 16, 2026. Let me explain: My son was required to fast for over 12 hours following his doctor's instructions. After his operation, the doctor assured us that our son could eat and drink without any problem. I went to the staff on the floor to ask for a breakfast tray, and immediately I felt unwell. Moments later, we were told that there was no more breakfast to serve. In the middle of Ramadan morning, we were expected to go and find something to feed our child, even though he is hospitalized in a clinic in Gueliz where everything should be provided for. Specifically, a glass of milk, a piece of bread, and a portion of cheese/jam! After this, the scheduled lunchtime arrived at 12:30-1:30 PM. No one came to ask our son for anything. No one seemed to care about anything. We left after signing the papers, and that was it. Of course, our son didn't starve because a good meal was waiting for him at home, thank God. But the question is, how can a patient who has undergone surgery, especially a child, come through your facility and spend the entire morning and early afternoon there without even being offered a bottle of water? I find this inconceivable, even inhumane. I came back to complain, not because I wanted your lunch (although no such offer was made, of course), but because I don't want other patients to suffer this neglect. This is therefore an appeal to your humanity above all else to rectify this intolerable anomaly. An establishment that is supposed to provide excellent care. The worst clinic, I don't recommend it... They delay tests a lot just to squeeze money out of people, and the quality of service is also very poor.

DONT GO- ripping off foreigners! had something stuck in my friends ear and they charged her 600 dirham for consultation and 1200 dirham for two seconds of tweezers. they told her only cash but conveniently accepted card after walking her to a bank where her card was rejected. absolutely ridiculous to do this to a young woman in distress

The worst experience I've ever had was at this clinic. The nurse gave my husband medication without explaining what it was for. Even when we entered the hospital, they didn't even take the minimum amount needed to check his blood pressure. The nurses were playing on their phones. You can't pay by bank card; you have to go outside to get money. The receptionist said I had to pay 400 dirhams before seeing a doctor for my husband. Then, when I tried to leave, she told me I had to pay another 400 dirhams. I told her I'd already paid it, and then she started forgetting. When I asked the nurse to insert an electrode to monitor my husband's heartbeat just to he sure bcoz his heartbeats were slow she said she couldn't because the doctor hadn't instructed her no toilet there all of them they are close when we find one there’s no toilet paper there. When I asked them about it, they told me... the cleaner she's eating should i have to wait the cleaner to finish and i can enter the toilet baaaaaaaaad clinic ever idan't recommend
