Café restaurant Tramontana - Sat Village -Tanger

I ate here twice during my visit to Tangier, as I was staying nearby. The first time, everything was perfectly fine as I was with a local friend who speaks the language. Unfortunately, my second visit, when I was there alone, left me with a very different impression. My order was very simple, so there was little room for confusion or misunderstanding. However, one particular staff member charged me twice for the same item. From what I could see, this did not appear to be an innocent mistake, and I was left with the impression that he deliberately overcharged me after noticing that I was a foreign customer. I didn't make a big issue of it at the time, as the amount of money was insignificant to me and I would have happily left a tip anyway. What disappointed me was the fact that it happened so openly, right in front of me. It's not really about the money, it's about the principle and the trust between a customer and a business. The owner should perhaps ask themselves what kind of impression individual staff members are leaving on customers and how this reflects on the establishment as a whole. Unfortunately, this experience left a bitter taste. The food itself was of decent quality, and the other staff members I encountered were very polite, so I don't want to generalise this experience to everyone working there. However, this particular incident was enough to make me think twice about returning.

Breakfast are good… service is too but please can you do something about the card machine… that is so annoying… cant pay by card !!!!!
